Flow2Run Terms of Use
Effective Date: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Flow2Run, including the Flow2Run website, customer portal, licensing system, software downloads, installer updates, and related services. Flow2Run is published by TSS3, INC.
By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading the software, installing Flow2Run, or using any Flow2Run service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Flow2Run.
1. Definitions
“Flow2Run,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to TSS3, INC. and the Flow2Run software and services. “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person or organization that accesses, installs, purchases, or uses Flow2Run. “Software” refers to the Flow2Run desktop application, installer, updater, and related components. “Services” refers to the website, customer dashboard, licensing system, billing portal, APIs, downloads, updates, support, and related online features.
2. Software and Services
Flow2Run is designed to assist users with converting supported Excel-based flowchart files into structured runsheet output and related formats. The Software and Services may include licensing, software activation, account access, billing features, file uploads, file processing, installer downloads, version checks, updates, and administrative tools.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Software or Services at any time. We may also release updates, patches, or new versions that replace or modify previous functionality.
3. Accounts
Some Flow2Run features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing a license, or contacting support. We may suspend or terminate account access if we believe the account information is false, incomplete, fraudulent, or being used in violation of these Terms.
4. Licensing
Flow2Run may require a valid license key, subscription, purchase, or account authorization to install, activate, or use the Software. A license does not transfer ownership of the Software. Instead, it grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software according to the license terms assigned to your account.
Licenses may be limited by account status, subscription status, expiration date, activation count, device count, organization, user, or other licensing rules. We may suspend, expire, revoke, or restrict a license if payment fails, a subscription ends, misuse is detected, a license is shared outside permitted use, or these Terms are violated.
You may not copy, resell, lease, sublicense, share, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass activation, tamper with licensing, or use Flow2Run in any unauthorized manner.
5. Installer Downloads and Updates
Flow2Run may provide installer downloads, update checks, version information, and software update files. We may restrict downloads or updates to users with valid licenses, active subscriptions, or authorized accounts.
You are responsible for installing updates in a timely manner. Older versions may stop receiving support, security fixes, compatibility updates, or access to online services.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the files you upload, process, create, download, or store using Flow2Run. You should review all generated output for accuracy before relying on it. Flow2Run may assist with formatting, parsing, extraction, conversion, or organization of information, but it does not replace professional review, legal review, title review, abstracting judgment, or business judgment.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files and generated files. We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, incomplete, inaccurate, or overwritten files.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Flow2Run to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Upload or process files you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with licensing or activation systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative versions of the Software.
- Distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of Flow2Run systems.
- Use Flow2Run for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
8. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions
Paid licenses, subscriptions, renewals, invoices, and related billing features may be handled through Flow2Run, TSS3, INC., or third-party payment processors. Prices, plans, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features may vary.
You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account or license. Failure to pay may result in suspension, expiration, or termination of access to paid features, licensing, downloads, updates, or support.
9. Support
We may provide support by email, ticket system, customer portal, documentation, or other communication methods. Support availability, response times, and included services may vary by license type, subscription status, or service plan.
We are not required to provide support for modified installations, unsupported environments, expired licenses, unpaid accounts, outdated versions, or issues caused by third-party software, operating systems, files, hardware, or user error.
10. Third-Party Services
Flow2Run may interact with third-party services, tools, libraries, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, operating systems, spreadsheet software, or other external systems. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, fees, terms, privacy practices, or changes.
11. No Warranty
Flow2Run is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee that Flow2Run will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file, compatible with every system, or produce perfectly accurate results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSS3, INC., Flow2Run, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or cost of replacement services.
Our total liability for any claim related to Flow2Run shall not exceed the amount you paid for Flow2Run during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, license, downloads, updates, support, or access to Flow2Run if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Software, misuse the Services, create risk for Flow2Run or others, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful.
You may stop using Flow2Run at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that existed before termination, including payment obligations, license restrictions, confidentiality obligations, and limitations of liability.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the effective date above. Continued use of Flow2Run after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.
