2. Licensing and Activation Data

This may include license keys, machine hashes, machine names, Windows usernames, app versions, installer versions, activation dates, activation counts, license status, subscription status, and related validation records.
This information is used to activate the Software, prevent unauthorized use, enforce license limits, troubleshoot installation issues, support customers, and protect Flow2Run systems.
3. Installer Download and Update Data
When you download Flow2Run installers or updates, we may collect information such as your account, license status, IP address, download time, requested file, version number, and related server logs.
This information helps us provide downloads, verify access, maintain update history, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and improve the reliability of Flow2Run.
4. Uploaded or Processed Files
Flow2Run may allow you to upload, process, convert, store, or download files. These files may include Excel flowcharts, generated runsheets, JSON output, reports, or related files.
Uploaded or processed files may be stored temporarily or permanently depending on the feature being used, your account settings, support needs, billing records, audit requirements, or system configuration.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and process any files submitted to Flow2Run. You should not upload files that contain information you are not authorized to share or process.

- Validate licenses and software activations.

We do not intend to store full credit card numbers on Flow2Run systems when payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Flow2Run websites may use cookies, sessions, local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure your account, remember preferences, support shopping cart or checkout features, measure usage, prevent fraud, and improve the website.
